Inspired by the Cycladic architecture, this amazing villa is developed in an almost secluded location in
west of Mykonos, having an unlimited view of the Aegean and the port, but also towards the virgin slope to the north of the property.
In the Paradisia area, the unique location with the natural plateaus and the view to the sea, defined both the form as well as the layout of the buildings, with the main volume of the residence as well as the outdoor swimming pool ,are developed on the upper natural plateau from approximately 7,750 sq.m. of the plot in question.
The residence was designed with the aim of being able to host from 12 to 14 people. The question was a summer one
spacious and functional residence, with comfortable areas for day and night. The night areas are made up
of six rooms with bathroom, one of which is a master with a private dressing room and bathroom, as well as two guest-style rooms
with privacy and independence, in terms of hosting friends and family.
Outdoor gathering and relaxation areas surround the residence and at the same time protect the pool
from the northern winds while strengthening the connection between the exterior spaces and the residence.
Thus, the triple Greek summer, natural landscape and magnificent view, becomes a reality for the visitor.
The composition is based on the creation of a Mykonian complex consisting of white and stone
volumes, harmoniously placed in the natural environment, joined together by routes, platforms and
stone walls.
The residence is placed on the upper part of the plot, creating indoor and outdoor spaces and
leaving free in front of her a beautiful view towards the Aegean, framed by Mediterranean vegetation.
On the upper platform, from where the access takes place, the common areas are organized, clearly
separated from the private areas.
Continuing the route along the residence and descending to a lower plateau, we come across an array
of protected parking spaces and a closed basement garage, as well as an organized helipad area at
back of the main building.
The common aesthetics that characterizes exterior and interior spaces, combines traditional architecture with
modern elements and wooden furniture.
The harmonious relationship of the building with the natural landscape, the division of the whole into volumes and levels, the stonework from
local natural stone, combined with white plaster and small openings, all elements of the traditional
architecture of the Cyclades, acquire their own essence in this relaxing and idyllic environment.
Finally, the house is equipped with modern order management systems inside the house as well as ex
distance.
It has state-of-the-art cooling and heating production through a pump machine
heat as well as an intelligent automatic watering system for the surrounding areas.
In addition, it has a stone-built guardhouse (with all the equipment) for 24-hour security monitoring of
residents.
