The Villa is situated in the area of Agia Anna in Kalafatis , just 50 m from the beach , offering panoramic sea views , over the Kalafatis bay & Stapodi island . Many other beaches like Kalo livadi , Loulos , Lia and Elia are also in very close proximity . Guests will enjoy full privacy throughout the 240 sq. m. of the villa, enabling them to make most of the amenities provided. All 5 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and accommodate up to 10 guests. The main terrace of 300 sq. m. is ideal for private receptions around the 90 sq. m. infinity pool with its modern furniture. It also features a seating area with a bar, barbeque, dining area, outdoor shower and WC, all part of the 2800 sq. m. of the entire property.
