This unique villa is located in the area of Kalafatis and represents a part in a property complex of three semi-detached villas. The construction was completed in 2010. The villa is located close to the Kalafatis beach, famous for its windsurfing area, and also to the Agia Anna beach, which is famous for its crystal clear blue waters, and a lagoon-alike appearance.
The villa is built with respect to the traditional Cycladic architectural style. Whitewashed walls, the Mykonian rock and smooth geometric lines are combined with modern décor and interior. The off-white color dominated in the interior matches the gray tones found in pieces of furniture perfectly, giving our guests the feeling of relaxation and harmony. The villa has minimalistic interiors. The extensive use of glass and large windows make the villa bright and airy, while the French windows allow our guests to have direct access to the outdoors of the villa. The front terrace is made of stone, and has two wooden panels. The outdoors of the villa has the infinity swimming pool and an incredible view of the infinite Aegean horizon and the Kalafatis Bay. There is also Jacuzzi, BBQ and pergola which shades the dining area, where the guests can have their dinners enjoying the sea view.
The villa has 7 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests. It has three levels. The entrance level has a large living room, a dining area with wood flooring, from which there is direct access to the outdoors of the villa; a kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances; and one bedroom. The upper level offers an en-suite master bedroom, an en-suite guest bedroom, access to the veranda, which has outdoor Jacuzzi and a beautiful sea view. The lower level offers two beautiful guest bedrooms with aquarium style windows, which directly face the pool. There is one more bedroom with bunk beds, a perfect choice for either the staff or children.
