Beautiful maisonette, built in 2009, it is located overlooking the VIP famous Kalo Livadi beach in Mykonos. One of the biggest finest sandy beaches of the island, which is 5 min walking distance from the house. It belongs to a group of 3 brother villas, but is a very quiet and private one, there are 3 floors with 4 big balconies, and you have the amble view of the local beach to the vast sea all around and to the closest islands, like Naxos. 

The  residence has 2 independent houses, one house with 2 floors , 2 bedrooms ( 2 double queen size beds and 1 single bed), 2 bathrooms, Living room, kitchen, balconies all around as on the pictures and a studio with a double queen size bed, sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and its own balcony with sea view. They are very quiet and private (off-road). The distance from the best beach of the island, Kalo Livadi beach is 200m. 

THE ADVANTAGES OF THE HOUSE 

  • During summer in Mykonos there are local strong north winds (they are called meltemi by the local people), that they are both good and bad. Good because it cools down the island when on the rest of Greece is very hot and it removes the humidity that exists to all houses so close to the sea. And bad because the wind is very strong and makes it impossible to stay on balconies or open windows facing north or east or west. All balconies face south. That means they are covered from the almost constant north wind . That is considered big advantage for Mykonos houses. 
  • Another basic problem on the island is the water. Only the town houses have public water. All the rest they must call the water man that brings water with a track. The house has not such a problem because the compound has its own water drill with unlimited free, fresh water. 
  • The compound is environmental friendly because it has its own bio-waste processing installment that changes the dirty wastes and water into clean water for watering the garden. 
  • The pathway, the entrance and the steps to the door are completely private, and they are not used by the people that go to the other houses of the compound (it is the only house out of the 6 that has its own private entrance; the other houses share the pathways). 
  • Although only one parking place belongs to the house from the parking lot, the pathway to the house shapes a second parking place, so it’s the only house that has a second place you can park your car. 
  • Although it is 1 house it consists of 2 completely different and independent houses. A studio with a double queen size bed, sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and its own balcony. And the upper 2 floor part house with 2 bedrooms (2 double queen size beds and 1 single bed), 2 bathrooms, Living room, kitchen, with wide view balconies all around. 
  • At the top side balcony there is the installment (water tap, electric line) ready to install a Jacuzzi. The balcony was especially constructed so it can stand the heavy load of a Jacuzzi. 
  • At the garden, in front of the door , there is an empty space rightfully owned by the house, left especially so that you can very easily construct another Jacuzzi or/and a swimming pool or extra parking place for at least 2 cars. 
  • All the houses are especially constructed with the best isolating materials and all the windows have double pane glasses. So you need the minimum possible use of the air-conditioning even in heat waves or at the cold winter months. 

DIMENSIONS OF THE HOUSE 

The 2 floor maisonette is 75 m2 with 23 m2 balconies on the top floor and 30 m2 balcony on the ground floor. 

The studio is 25 m2 with 13 m2 balcony. 

Seats on 4000 m2 ground that is shared with 5 other properties
