The house has total area of ​​220 sq.m. and is raised in three levels:
Layout
First Floor:
Features a bedroom, living room and bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed and living room sofa bed for two people.
Ground Floor:
Featuring a living room, dining room, kitchen and wc. The exterior of the ground floor is 300 sq.m. with a BBQ and lounging areas.
Lower Level:
Features a guest house with two bedrooms (1 double and 2 single beds in each room respectively) with en-suite bathroom and two bedrooms with their own bathroom and twin beds in each. The lower level (it is actually the ground floor) has a front courtyard of 150 sq.m. approx.
The house has air-conditioning in all rooms, wi-fi (throughout the house) and TV sets on the first and ground floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped
The first floor and the ground floor was recently fully  renovated with new furnishing.
The complex has one of the largest if not the largest private pool on the island (shared by all tenants of the complex), communal BBQ area and church.
There is direct access to the sea, as the boundary of the complex is the beach.
The house has parking.
There is a caretaker on 24-hour basis.
