This beautiful villa is situated in the area of Pyrgi of Mykonos. It is made in a traditional Cycladic style with white washed walls, straight geometric lines, white wooden ceilings and lots of windows. The house is stylishly decorated with unique pieces of furniture and has a minimalist design, which gives the villa a feeling of additional comfort. Furthermore, the white color combined with the light colors of décor make the house look even brighter.
The villa can accommodate up to 16 guests and has 12 bedrooms. It is consisted of the Main House, and two Guest Houses.
The Main House is developed upon two levels and has 6 bedrooms, thus, accommodating 12 guests. The entrance floor has a bright open kitchen with a grand dining area and a living room, there are also TV and A/C. The entrance floor has access to the outside area of the villa.
There are also one bright en-suite bedroom with two single beds, A/C, and a balcony door which gives access to the outdoors of the villa; one en-suite bedroom with a double bed, A/C and a balcony door which gives access to the outdoors of the villa; one en-suite bedroom with a double bed, sofa, A/C and a balcony door which gives access to the outdoors of the villa; WC.
The first floor of the Main House has one bright en-suite Master bedroom with Jacuzzi, and access to the terrace, stunning sea view; one beautiful en-suite bedroom with a double bed, and magnificent sea views; one spacious en-suite bedroom with a double bed, and access to the terrace. All of the rooms have A/C.
The outdoors is consisted of the large swimming pool, a grand lounging area around the pool with comfortable sunbeds, a pergola shading a dining area, a bar and BBQ area. There is also a surround sound system installed which allows the guests to spend beautiful days and nights outside with music, enjoying incredible panoramic views of the Aegean.
The two independent Guest houses can accommodate 4 guests and two kids. They are located on the lower floor of the house.
The first Guest House had a bright bedroom with a double bed, and one more bedroom with two single beds. The guest house is equipped with A/C, a bathroom and also a mini refrigerator.
The second Guest House has one beautiful bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances, A/C, a bathroom, and a lounging area from which a picturesque sea view opens up.
Additionally, there are 4 guest rooms that accommodate up to 8 people. They are located side by side, have a stunning sea view and a direct access to the outdoors of the villa. They all have A/C system, amd have en-suite bathrooms. Thus, the first guestroom has one bedroom with a double bed, and a small kitchenette; the second guestroom has one bedroom with a double bed, and a mini refrigerator; the third guestroom has one bedroom with a double bed; and the fourth guestroom also has one bedroom with a double bed, and a kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances.
The villa also has such facilities as satellite TV, WIFI, safe box, indoor and outdoor surround audio system, and parking available for 5 cars.
